Enoteca Series | June 22nd

Babbo's Enoteca Series continues the celebration of our opening with a 25th birthday dinner—a five-course Greenmarket-driven menu paired with sustainably produced wines. Babbo has always aimed to serve Italian food the way an Italian would cook if they lived in the West Village and shopped in its markets. For our birthday dinner, we will do what we love doing: Chef Youjin Jung will bring seasonal ingredients from her favorite purveyors to create a menu that is uniquely Italian and distinctly Babbo. And Wine Director Juan Pablo Escobar will pair wines from producers who honor the land by farming organically and also sometimes biodynamically.
